YouTube provides source API data. NeedRadar owns its analysis.
- NeedRadar reads only public top-level comments and necessary video metadata from a bounded set of AI-workflow channels.
- Using features that contain YouTube API Data means you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service ↗.
- Comments, author display names, video titles, and engagement counts come from YouTube. Opportunity classification, summary, AI path, counterevidence, unknowns, and similarity decisions come from NeedRadar.
- The service is also governed by the YouTube API Services Terms ↗ and Developer Policies ↗.
- Read the Google Privacy Policy ↗ for Google data handling.
Reddit content can be retained only within an approved scope.
- The Reddit source remains disabled until explicit platform approval and would use application-only OAuth for the registered communities.
- NeedRadar has no Reddit partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement and does not use Reddit User Content for training, profiles, advertising, or data sale.
- Excerpts, author display names, communities, and engagement counts come from Reddit. NeedRadar independently generates opportunity analysis.
- Use is constrained by the Reddit Data API Terms ↗, Developer Terms ↗, and final approval terms.
Submitting a public link does not grant rights to third-party content.
- Third-party content remains a link-only signal. Do not copy direct messages, signed-in or paywalled material, sensitive information about minors, or content you cannot share.
- Checking “I am the original author” means you have the right to grant that authorization. Impersonation may trigger quarantine, rejection, and removal.
- An ordinary link cannot become public evidence without author authorization or another clear platform or content license.
- Automated access to Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Weibo, Bilibili, and Zhihu remains disabled until platform approval. Personal authorization cannot replace platform permission.
NeedRadar works to keep sources, classifications, and links traceable but cannot guarantee that every record remains accessible or fully accurate. Source removal, policy change, privacy or rights risk, or quality problems may trigger automatic hiding, downgrade, or removal.
